Faith Rx’d North Jersey, NJ

Hey guys!! Join us next Saturday for another great workout session followed by a devotional! We’ll be at 48 Overlook Ave, Rochelle Park, NJ 07662, right by the Garden State Plaza. We’ll start the workout at 1pm so feel free to get there a litle early to stretch/roll out; then we’ll start the devotional at 2pm and end at 3pm. Then some of us will hit up Shake Shack at the Garden State Plaza afterwards. No prior crossfit/church experience required! All movements for the workout can be scaled. We would just love to have you over and see how faith and fitness really work together. Just bring a water bottle and an expectation to sweat. a lot. As always, the event is free so bring a friend!
