Join us at ProMethod (Formerly Legacy Athletics) located at 45 Horse Hill Rd in Cedar Knolls for a night of faith, fitness and fellowship! Then afterwards we will head out for some food and fellowship!

– What does it cost? Nothing! It’s FREE!
-Do I need to be a Crossfit or gym member? This event is truly for the entire community. **First Timers- please arrive 15-20 minutes early to fill out a waiver
-Do I need to be a member of a church? No
-Do I need to be a CrossFitter or an elite athlete? No, the workout will have elements for athletes of all levels.
-Can I bring my friends? ABSOLUTELY! Please do!
